At just 17, he embarked on a journey into the export business, driven by a desire to gain real-world experience.
Hailing from a small town, Ankit navigated his way through the vibrant streets of Delhi, immersing himself in India’s rich handicraft industry. By 2002, equipped with invaluable insights and a bold confidence, he founded Indsource International, setting the stage for a new era in global sourcing.
Ankit’s passion for Scandinavian culture led him to explore the region, where he built strong business relationships and lifelong friendships. This successful venture marked the beginning of Indsource’s growth and international reach.

Meet Anchal, a dynamic force behind Indsource International. Since joining the company in 2009, Anchal has infused her passion for creativity and meticulous attention to detail into every facet of Indsource. With a Master’s in Business Administration, she has redefined the company’s operations, introducing a process-oriented approach that has transformed Indsource’s way of working.
Anchal's emphasis on the core principles of Processes, Professionalism, Proactivity, Proficiency and Perseverance —the 5 P’s that now define the Indsource ethos—has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Under her leadership, Indsource has grown exponentially, expanding from a small team of 5 to a vibrant team of 35, with established overseas offices.
